Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used hair tools, including hair dryers, styling irons, and hot air brushes. Once a product has been used, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Here is the full policy. If you purchased your product from our website and received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a replacement or repair under our Limited 1-Year Warranty (if applicable).
